We are looking for an ambitious, open-minded and experienced person who will join our HR team in Zagreb.
If you know labor law, HR systems and communication in English, this is not a problem for you – our HR team will welcome you with open arms!

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Good knowledge of Managing HR ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English language.
- Good knowledge of processes related to compensation in the company.
- Practical knowledge of using the Oracle system.
- Strong analytical skills related to creating reports, and statistics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all HR transactions related with employee life cycle like distribute paper employment contact to employees, register to national security system
- Take care on paper employees files
- Recalculating and updating of leave balance in systems used in proper EMEA country after verifications with documents and checking if data are correct
- Preparing work certificates and employment certificates for employees in local language if needed
- Supporting with providing data for different purposes and teams
- Updating GPS knowledge base
- Working with tools: Excel and Word Doc.
- Data administration and updating in the Compensation Data Base.
- Support in topics related to compensation.
- Managing HR ticket system.
- Prepare accruals for variable compensation.
- Prepare reports for payroll purposes – including monthly payroll reports for salary processing.
- Prepare reports related to overtimes and time-tracking.
