Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Good knowledge of Managing HR ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English language.
- Good knowledge of processes related to compensation in the company.
- Practical knowledge of using the Oracle system.
- Strong analytical skills related to creating reports, and statistics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with tools: Excel and Word Doc.
- Data administration and updating in the Compensation Data Base.
- Support in topics related to compensation.
- Managing HR ticket system.
- Managing an MBO tool and preparing confirmation letters related to granted MBO as per law.
- Prepare accruals for variable compensation.
- Prepare reports for payroll purposes – including monthly payroll reports for salary processing.
- Manages creativity tool and passes information to the Payroll Team.
- Processing GPS tickets related to bonuses & overtime.
- Prepare reports about submitted bonuses to be paid.
- Updating Compensation Database including payroll system (e.g. Optima).
- Prepare reports related to overtimes and time-tracking.
