HR operations Shared Service (GPS) is a sector of the People Team that is devoted to empower and make easier the employees life cycle in GlobalLogic, with their day-to-day tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
The Compensation & Operations Coordinator/Team Lead will be responsible for the efficient management of compensation-related actions across the Employee Lifecycle. This role ensures quality, accuracy, and adherence to local standards in employee data management and payroll-related information. Key responsibilities include overseeing the employee offboarding process, implementing the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and supporting the Rewards Team in critical cycles such as merit increases and annual salary reviews (ASR). The position also entails active participation in global projects and leadership of the operations team, enhancing collaborative efforts across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Team Leadership:
o Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment and optimizing team performance.
2. System Maintenance & Data Accuracy:
o Maintain compensation actions and payroll-related data within the employee lifecycle management system.
o Ensure quality assurance and correctness of all inputs, adhering to local compliance requirements.
3. Employee Offboarding Process:
o Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity.
4. Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Implementation:
o Oversee the LTIP rollout, ensuring alignment with company strategy and engagement goals.
5. Rewards Team Support:
o Collaborate with the Rewards Team on key processes such as merit increases, annual salary reviews, and LTIP planning and execution.
6. Global Project Participation:
o Engage in global projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and promoting best practices in compensation and operational management.
7. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and lead initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
