Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10+ years of software development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, React Native, etc.
• Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contributions.
• Work closely with Technical and Product Managers to define and plan projects and activities.
• Develop and implement an architecture strategy.
• Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure high-quality code is produced and maintained through code reviews and frequent defect prevention activities.
• Work closely in small teams to create well-integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artefacts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Strong in Core Java and Design Principles.
• Very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Web Services and Microservices.
• Very strong in ReactJS/React Native.
• Working experience with RDBMS and MySQL databases.
• Proficient in documenting processes and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger, etc.
• Proficient with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EC2, RDS, MongoDB, etc.
• Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elasticsearch).
