Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Understanding of the payroll mechanism
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict-management and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Time management skills and good planning capabilities
- Excellent grasp of spoken and written English and Polish languages
- Understanding the practical use of HRIS
- Experience in support of HR processes for the UK is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle candidate’s support in pre-boarding and onboarding stages
- Complete, organize, and collect the necessary paperwork (personal data and documents collection, employment contract preparation, etc.)
- Creation and maintenance newcomer records in HRIS during pre-boarding and onboarding stages, preparation statistics based on data in HRIS and other internal systems.
- Being a SPOC for candidates, hiring managers and all stakeholders during pre-boarding and onboarding stages.
