Description

ASPICE Assessment and Evaluation:
o Conduct in-depth assessments of an organization's software development
processes against the ASPICE standard.
o Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
o Evaluate process maturity levels and provide recommendations for
enhancement.

 ASPICE Process Implementation:
o Develop and implement tailored ASPICE process frameworks that align with
the organization's specific needs and objectives.
o Provide guidance on process definition, documentation, and implementation.
o Facilitate process adoption and change management within teams.
 Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
o Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance process
efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
o Monitor and measure process performance to track progress and identify areas
for further action.

Training and Mentoring:
o Deliver training programs to raise awareness and understanding of ASPICE
principles and best practices.
o Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to support their
development and adoption of ASPICE processes.

 Compliance and Auditing:
o Ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements and industry regulations.
o Conduct internal audits to assess process adherence and identify non-
conformities.
o Support external audits and certifications.

Requirements

Certification: ASPICE certification (e.g., ASPICE Assessor, ASPICE Auditor)
 Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the automotive industry and its
specific software development challenges is beneficial.
 Project Management Skills: The ability to manage projects and deliver results
within deadlines is essential.

Job responsibilities

Strong understanding of ASPICE principles, standards, and best practices.
 Experience in conducting ASPICE assessments and evaluations.
 Proven ability to develop and implement ASPICE process frameworks.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
 Experience working in the automotive or related industries is preferred.
