As the Americas Marketing Lead at GlobalLogic, you will play a pivotal part in supporting one of our biggest markets. You will drive brand awareness and candidate engagement by delivering innovative marketing programs that highlight our GlobalLogic Employee Value Proposition.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of regional marketing experience within a B2B/SaaS company
- Strategic and creative thinking with strengths in planning, organizing, problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data, insights, and trends to understand customer and candidate behavior with a test-and-optimize mentality.
- Background in omni-channel campaign approaches, including digital, social, web, nurture programs, email, events, webinars, syndication, sponsorships, and more.
- Knowledge of personas, buyers’ journey, campaigns tactics & content mapping to various stages of the client or candidate journey
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to track, measure, and report ROI to key stakeholders and leadership teams
- Team player with good communication skills and a proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Sound knowledge of B2B marketing concepts with experience in marketing IT Products/Services is preferred.
- High level of digital literacy and sophisticated knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, Marketo, and CRM software.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Marketing Leadership team to help shape the GlobalLogic marketing strategy representing and advocating for regional business goals – align on these business goals with regional leadership.
- Join region heads’ leadership calls as that representative of Marketing and report back to country leads to ensure marketing activity continues to be aligned to business objectives.
- Create and oversee regional communications cadence and structure for leadership and departmental information cascade
- Adapt and localize global campaigns to best suit America’s employees and candidates.
- Partner with internal teams such as Brand and PR to create and implement strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and reputation through customer stories and partnerships.
- Collaborate across functions to showcase GlobalLogic’s Employee Value Proposition across Americas.
- Manage and track regional Marketing program metrics to gauge impact and report to Regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, particularly in the US to maximize campaigns including events to support the regional agenda.
