Description

The client is a global technology-enabled services company dedicated to advancing the world of veterinary medicine and empowering veterinary practices. They are bringing together products, services, and technology into a single platform that connects the customers to the solutions and insights they need to work best. There are a set of long-standing veterinary software systems, with more than 20,000 veterinary practices in the U.S., Canada, UK/Europe, and Australia.

This project aims to develop an AI-powered license workflow automation solution that will streamline the processing of medical and pharmaceutical licenses, with a primary focus on compliance forms. The solution will reduce manual processing, standardize data formats, improve customer experience, and enable regulatory compliance. Key features include automated intake processing, address standardization, signature verification, and system integration capabilities. 
Remoteudience includes Regulatory Team, Credit Team, Customer Experience Managers, and ultimately the veterinary practices and clinics they serve.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in AI/ML, specifically in the areas of:
o Computer Vision
o Natural Language Processing
o Signal Processing
o Data Analytics
o Foundational understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture is required.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication abilities for technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong analytical skills for understanding and gathering project requirements.
Optional but Beneficial:
o Familiarity with other programming languages like C# or Java.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
o Experience with LLM’s, OCR.

Job responsibilities

1) Address comparison.
2) Translate an address to a standardized CASS form.
3) Signature verification.
4) Handwriting recognition (OCR) for filled input documents.
5) Gather public information for users’ data.
6) Common Vet License confidence as a result of Due Diligence Process.
