Description:
Harmonic is a leading provider of innovative broadband solutions that deliver video, voice and data to communications providers around the world. GL team participates in the development and QA of several generations of these solutions.
The CableOS project is about developing the new software-based network equipment which provides access to Internet/IPTV/VoIP services using powerful servers.
It is an innovative solution for Internet Service Providers which will allow to get rid of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of huge number of hardware network equipment.
Requirements:
- Agile thinker to the marrow of his/her bones;
- Scrum guru who can be same good in both coaching and practical hands-on affairs;
- Flow manager who can easily juggle WIP limits to achieve efficiency;
- SAFe professor with practical experience in coaching big ARTs;
- Release Train Engineer who can successfully coach and lead advanced ARTs;
- Agile Coach who can do much more than asking „How would you resolve this problem?”;
- Bright and encouraging communicator;
- Having experience with Dark Side Project Management will be a plus as well.
Job Responsibilities:
- Discover existing SAFe implementation (~20 teams) and identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and get their opinions on what should be improved;
- Iteratively adjust Agile teams through Coaching and Collaboration;
- Measure teams’ progress and efficiency improvements;
- Work hand-in-hand with the teams;
- Be ready to play the Scrum Master role;
- Achieve tangible improvements on both teams and product levels;
- At the end of the day, we need you to make the existing setup a much better place for everyone involved.
