High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience

Job responsibilities

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within a software or IT environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
• Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
