Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of complex technical programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong background in Agile project management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their application to complex programs.
Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive alignment toward shared goals.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Job Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Identify and manage dependencies and interdependencies between projects.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Agile Leadership:
Foster a culture of Agile practices and principles within the program.
Guide and support project teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., program level retrospectives, portfolio reviews).
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
Collaborate with technical teams to define program requirements, architecture, and design.
Ensure adherence to technical standards and quality assurance processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage expectations and build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate program teams to achieve program objectives.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members
Resource Management:
Allocate resources (e.g., people, budget, time) efficiently and effectively across multiple projects.
Optimize resource utilization and minimize bottlenecks.
