Job Responsibilities
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, features and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Efficiently conducts agile ceremonies involving client stakeholders.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Keep updated with with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Requirements:
Technical Product Owner
Technology Stack: GoLang, AWS, DynamoDB, Redis, Lambda functions, and Express Step function
Job Summary:
• Experience 6 + years with minimum 3+ years’ experience as technical product owner.
• He/She Should be good at working with Architects and Tech lead defining the system requirements and system technology solutions..
• Should be flexible with timings as he/she needs to overlap sometime with Onshore PO/US clients.
• This person should have the know-how of Technology stack, such as GoLang, AWS, DynamoDB, Redis, Lambda functions, and Express Step function And Lastly Platform requirements.
• Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded. Ability to solve complex problems in an organized way
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising results
• High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done
• Excellent networking skills, especially with multiple stakeholders and product line
• Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team.
