Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in wireframing and prototyping, possess in-depth knowledge of Figma, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences and driving design excellence across our digital products.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Proven experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
Skills:
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Job Responsibilities:
Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
Design Execution:
- Utilize Figma to design and refine user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and libraries to ensure consistency across products.
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of UX design.
