Job Responsibilities:

Development:
– Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
– Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Technical Leadership:
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
– Drive technical discussions and decisions around architecture and design.
Project Execution:
– Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Estimate development efforts and participate in project planning and scheduling.
– Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
– Stay updated with the latest .NET framework updates, tools, and industry trends.
– Propose and implement improvements in development processes and methodologies.
– Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the team.
Collaboration and Support:
– Collaborate effectively with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing of applications.
– Work with DevOps teams to automate build, release, and deployment processes.
– Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, including:
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.

– Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
– Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
