Description:

Data Migration Strategy:

■ Collaborate across CTO/SD&I and Clinical Platforms to define data governance
roles and define processes for data management and quality processes.
■ Define data requirements for prioritized RBQM, Central Monitoring and
Oversight products, map priority data elements from source to target and
conduct data quality assessment.
■ Design the data model and conceptual architecture to meet data requirements
and develop implementation plans.
■ Define a data migration strategy to ensure a seamless transition from the current
state to the envisioned state of the new architecture for Product Suite.
■ Review current RBQM, Central Monitoring and Oversight requirements
documentation.
■ Define data sources and critical data elements to meet functional requirements
for RBQM, Central Monitoring and Oversight.

4. Data Mapping & Profiling:

■ Review current state STM and ODM documentation for RBQM, Central
Monitoring and Oversight features.
■ Facilitate meetings to confirm the scope of data sources, critical data elements
and key business rules/ logic to support RBQM, Central Monitoring and
Oversight suites.

■ Execute data mapping of RBQM, Central Monitoring and Oversight priority
data elements from source to target.
■ Conduct data profiling on priority data elements to assess data quality.
■ Report data profiling results to inform data quality controls.

5. Data Model design

■ Finalize transformation logic for RBQM, Central Monitoring and Oversight data
products
■ Design data model for the RBQM, Central Monitoring and Oversight data
products
■ Prepare platform design based on target state data architecture.
