Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java. Experience in developing products or projects Fintech domain related is a big plus.
- Experience as a team leader/technical lead is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java: Deep understanding of Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Search Technologies: Experience with search technologies like SQL or Elasticsearch.
- Message Queues: Familiarity with message queue systems like Kafka.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- APIs: Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Adaptability: Ability to work with latest Java version for maintaining existing systems.
It is a plus: using Camunda for automating complex business processes for enterprise companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greenfield Development: Design, develop, and maintain new software solutions using Java Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Frmework.
- Legacy Code Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing codebase.
- Search Optimization: Implement and optimize search functionalities using SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite and other search technologies.
- Build and source management Tools: Maven, Jenkins
- Message Queue Integration: Integrate and manage message queue systems like Kafka.
- Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
