Description:
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with extensive experience in IT consulting and full-cycle project management to join our team in Sweden.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in IT consulting firms.
- 7+ years of Project management experience
- Experience in industrial or med-tech domains is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary IT projects.
- Strong ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and emerging IT trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT consultancy projects.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate cross-functional and distributed teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiencies, quality standards, and best practices across delivery processes.
Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects of the projects, including budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
Strategic Planning: Define delivery strategies, establish goals, and align projects with client objectives and organizational vision.
