We are looking for a Quality Team Lead to oversee the GIS mapping process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of mapping data, managing a team of quality analysts, and leading initiatives to improve process standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the mapping process.
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a mapping, geospatial, or data-related environment.
• Strong knowledge of mapping technologies and software tools, such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify quality issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Manage a team of 60+ members, ensuring delivery against SLAs and consistently meeting reporting metrics.
• Conduct regular team briefings and meetings to provide status updates, new product information, and policy or procedure changes.
• Monitor associate escalations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with team members to review performance parameters, self-appraisals, and quarterly appraisals based on stack ranking.
• Enhance team communication, fostering a positive and proactive environment where team members feel supported and motivated.Manage team shrinkage, attrition, productivity, quality, and ensure that performance targets such as ETA, SLA, and TAT are met.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the mapping process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
