Description:
We are seeking a PO Engineer to join our team in the automotive sector. The role involves working on a cutting-edge software solution designed for car fleet management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
– Understanding of cloud services.
– Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
– Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
– Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
– Develop a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
– Continuously refine the product backlog based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
– Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
– Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to gather and document detailed product requirements.
– Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact.
– Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, if needed.
– Ensure the development team understands the product goals and requirements.
– Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
– Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
– Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
– Use insights to inform product decisions and differentiate solutions.
– Implement changes to enhance user experience and drive product adoption.
– Develop and deliver product presentations and demos to stakeholders and customers.
– Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs.
