We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to work with our engineering team to develop, implement, test, optimize, and maintain Kubernetes-based deployments On-premises and in the Cloud. A successful candidate will be working on deployment and debugging Avid cloud products. As a DevOps engineer, you set up and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructures in accordance with best practices and company security policy. You have good troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and are a team player. You will test, build, deliver, and support Avid cloud products.

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
● 3+ years of relevant experience with De-Ops and Deployment in Kubernetes
● Good analytical and communication skills
● Build and maintain systems on Kubernetes and with Helm charts
● Experience using DevOps tools on premises and in cloud environments (e.g.: Docker, Helm Charts, Terraform, Kubernetes)
● Knowledge about Microservice architectures and concepts (e.g. Services mesh, Chaos testing)
● Identify, analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
● Experience with Continuous integration and deployment, Gitlab and Jenkins pipelines
● Knowledge and experience in at least one programming and scripting language: Bash, GoLang, Python
● Fluency in English (both spoken and written), ability to communicate efficiently in English in spoken and written form.
Will be a plus:
● Certification in Azure or/and AWS or/and GCP
● Experience with SaaS in Azure or/and AWS or/and GCP
● Agile development methodology
● Experience in working with international teams
● Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ and/or Postgres
● Experience with Security and Secrets Management (e.g.: Hashicorp Vault)
● Experience with Cloud AI services
● Experience with Cloud SQL databases
● Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g.: Grafana, Prometheus) – Troubleshooting experience in networking and DNS resolution
Keyskills – Must Have
