Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, evaluate, develop, edit, maintain and document look and flow of website assets.
• Set up and maintain backend systems to support site designs and functionality including frameworks, content management systems, content-delivery networks, back-office integration, web servers, and general server provisioning and monitoring. Ensure technical feasibility of system designs in terms of maintainability, testability, complexity of code, scalability and performance.
• Develop test cases to check access points, back-end integration, optimal performance and server integration.
• Work with business units and provide guidance and recommendation where necessary.
• Stay on top of new advancements in web and security related matters to ensure compliance and security.
• Ensure site search is optimized and aligned with major search engines to enable integration where necessary

• Work with stakeholders (clients) to assess needs, discuss requirements and clarify goals of website.
• Set up and maintain backend systems to support site designs and functionality including frameworks, content management systems, content-delivery networks, back-office integration, web servers, and general server provisioning and monitoring with minimal supervision.
• Ensure technical feasibility of system designs in terms of maintainability, testability, complexity of code, scalability and performance. Develop standards and processes to ensure longevity of sites.
• Develop test cases to check access points, back-end integration, optimal performance and server integration.
• Work with business units and provide guidance and recommendation where necessary.
• Give design advice on projects and make recommendations for improving sites. Monitor performance and results to provide data-driven insights.
• Work with security to maintain the security posture of our web asset.
• Stay on top of new advancements in web and security related matters to ensure compliance and security.
• Add new and emerging technologies or applications into operations and sites.
• Ensure site search is optimized and aligned with major search engines to enable integration where necessary. Monitor performance and results and report back to stakeholders on a regular basis. 
• Ability to plan and develop (front or back-end) apps for the benefit of business channels.
• Ability to test, maintain, and deploy apps.
• Ability to stay on top of advancements and optimize SEO for app channels.
