Requirements:
Good knowledge and understanding of Linux architecture & integration with Active Directory
Expertise in the design & deployment of VMware, VPN, network and other Virtualization Technologies.
Basic knowledge in core enterprise network design & infrastructure.
Knowledge Application deployment architectures specifically System Centre Configuration Manager advantageous.
Experience with design of Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.
Strong knowledge of storage hardware including NAS & SAN environments.
Experience in deployment of all infrastructure systems.
Enterprise IT Lifecycle Management.
Ability to design and implement new systems
Have 10+ year(s) of servers and network experience, working with major firewall platforms (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.). Certificate for any of the platform is a plus.
Have a deep knowledge of networking — switching, dynamic routing protocols, static and rule-based routing, etc. Certificate in any networking area is a plus.
Have an experience in Linux administration.
Understand cloud technologies and infrastructure virtualization (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, NFV, SDN)
Have good verbal communication skills (English) in both technical and non-technical communications.
Have good analytical mindset for problem solving under stress and time pressure.
Understanding of CI / CD processes, experience with Gitlab, Jenkins.
Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GoogleCloud).
Job Responsibilities:
· Configuring network equipment, including routers, switches, load balancers, VPN, LAN, WAN, etc.;
· Configuring servers, including BIOS, RAID, network and OS.
· Monitoring and troubleshooting network and cybersecurity issues.
· Conducting regular network and servers’ maintenance (scheduled updates, necessary upgrades, tests, etc.).
· Collaborating with third-party support services and service providers to ensure optimal network and servers’ operation.
· Support and troubleshooting of network performance and stability.
· Finding innovative ways to improve network performance.
