Requirements

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, detect anomalies, and identify
  patterns in large datasets, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Engineer and select relevant features to improve model performance, leveraging domain
  knowledge, statistical methods, and automation tools.
• Build and train machine learning models, including predictive analytics, optimization, and generative
  AI, ensuring alignment with project objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Validate and optimize model performance using appropriate metrics, hyperparameter tuning, and
  cross-validation techniques to achieve robust and reliable results.
• Implement CI/CD workflows for machine learning and analytics pipelines, automating model
  retraining, deployment, and monitoring for continuous improvement.
• Leverage GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Databricks Assistant to prototype, debug, and accelerate
  the development of data science solutions, improving time-to-delivery.
• Comprehensively document workflows, code, and model assumptions to ensure reproducibility,
  transparency, and smooth knowledge transfer across the team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and
  project managers, to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data science
  solutions.
• Proactively identify and address data quality issues, implementing validation and cleaning
  techniques to ensure reliable inputs for analytics and modeling.
• Monitor the business impact of deployed models by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and
  suggesting improvements based on observed outcomes.
• Stay updated on machine learning and data engineering technology advancements, incorporating
  cutting-edge tools and techniques into workflows to maintain a competitive edge.
