Requirements

● High attention to detail.
● Ability to work efficiently in a high pace environment, following detailed instructions where applicable.
● Past experience with data entry and quality control.
● Practical experience working with different data types and categories, and ability to tailor it to available data architectures.
● Practical experience working with cross-functional teams, especially with technical teams or customer-facing teams.

Job responsibilities

Content Preparation and Verification
● Convert data from text documents (typically PDFs, potentially other text document types like Excel or websites) into structured data that meets AuditBoard platform needs and data structure according to provided instructions.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the ingestion and content verification in the AuditBoard platform
● Verify accuracy of converted data and content offered within AuditBoard platform to ensure highest quality standards are met for content provided to customers.
● Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in the content preparation and verification processes to ensure best use of available resources.

Collaboration & Integration
● Partner closely with the Senior Content Management Analyst to identify AuditBoard customers’ content needs and prepare relevant content timely.
● Work cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to ensure in-app content offering aligns with customer needs and enhances platform value to customers.

Content Quality & Accuracy
● Ensure content offered through the AuditBoard platform is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
● Incorporate feedback provided from customers and customer-facing teams to ensure content meets customer needs.
