Description:
Cash modernization project role in Las Vegas, NV
Requirements:
• A computer science graduate or undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in business systems analysis
• Experience in data analysis using open-source solutions such as SQL, JQL etc
• Experience in building business rules, logic flows, data flows, data usages.
• Track record of working within a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and geo locations.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, within function and across peer stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) and relevant tools like JIRA or Rally
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
Nice to have
• Experience in financial services industry
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
• Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferences:
Person should be able to go onsite for all 5 days in Las Vegas, NV office.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to understand business problem and provide feasible solution meeting domain & technology requirements.
Engage with business users on proof-of-concept efforts
Go to person for the feature or a subject area within the domain.
Build expertise on relevant to subject area.
Analyze and understand current state of the implementation to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by project team
Create and document solution(s) of medium to high complexity to meet end user requirements, including documentation of systems specifications
Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support project work through completion of delivery on assigned projects and ad hoc efforts
Support multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
Coordinate with internal teams to launch solutions, ensuring execution of training and communication plans
Measure and document results of implemented solutions
