Description:
As the Associate Print Producer, you will manage and oversee the full cycle
of print production projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external printing vendors. You will
ensure that all printing requirements are met or exceeded, utilizing your expertise to coordinate, evaluate, and enhance
production processes, while driving quality, cost and timing across multiple projects.
Requirements:
2-3 years Print buy experience or equivalent Print Project Management
Knowledge and understanding of the Printing Process and Material for effectivity quoting projects
Experience with ERP(oracel)
Basic to intermediate understanding of project management and print industry terminology and disciplines
Attention to detail and the ability to resolve routine problems, and the ability to independently resole non-routine
problems of moderate complexity.
Knowledge of packaging engineering from concepting in paper, plastics and other substrates to finished goods is a
plus but is not required to be hired.
Excelling in developing professional relationships with internal and external customers
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and accomplish mutiple, varied tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to identify and lead areas of process improvements strategies
Accomplishing multiple diverse tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project
Abiity to travel domestically
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to support the production and manufacturing of printed products by
coordinating with external printing vendors on all aspects, including scheduling, approvals, and tracking
tasks throughout the production phases.
Works on moderately complex, small to medium-scale print projects where discretion and independent
judgement are key to success
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external printing vendors, ensuring that
all production phases are completed on time and to the company’s quality standards.
Prepare necessary information needed for all Internal and External partners; item numbers, order
management, material specifications, component delivery timing, production output data.
Prepare and issue complete and accurate purchase orders to vendors, around total quantity and cost, and
resolve any discrepancies related to invoices.
Coordinates the creation of packaging design and layouts, development of new products and
components. And maintain quality control standards with the external vendors.
Maintain quality control standards in collaboration with Internal Product and Design teams to share out to
all external vendors to ensure the highest level of production quality.
Provide complete and accurate purchase orders to vendors and provides assistance in inventory control
and invoice discrepancies.
Manage the organization and provision of all files to external vendors, coordinating internal proofing
reviews (both soft and hard proofs) to ensure accuracy and quality
Ensure that all projects meet internal quality control standards and comply with the company’s
sustainability program by organizing comprehensive Material and Printing Specifications.
Participates in Team and Company Initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, aimed at
increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall production quality.
