Description:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing a team of at least 100+ members, focusing on Quality Management, Product Management, and Process Management. Key duties include driving productivity, quality, and performance improvements while ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and key metrics such as shrinkage, attrition, and absenteeism. The role requires allocating tasks, mentoring team members, and monitoring their performance to meet quality standards. The Team Lead will also oversee the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and must possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
• Ability to manage and lead a team of at least 100+ members.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management, Product Management, and Process Management.
• Proven experience in implementing measures to improve Productivity, Quality, and Performance.
• In-depth knowledge of SLAs, TAT, and key metrics related to Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, Attrition, Absenteeism, and Performance Reviews.
• Skilled in allocating tasks, driving team delivery, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Experience in mentoring, monitoring, and guiding team members to ensure high performance.
• Proficient in creating and managing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all team members and stakeholders.
Preferences:
• Experience managing large teams (100+ members) in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or other industry-standard mapping tools for data visualization, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management, Product Management, and Process Management.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, quality, and performance improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of SLAs, TAT, and metrics related to productivity, quality, shrinkage, attrition, and absenteeism.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the team to meet business goals in alignment with client-defined SLAs, focusing on quality, productivity, team performance, shrinkage, time spent on tools, TAT, and other metrics.
• Maintain, create, and review daily process reports to track team performance.
• Monitor daily tasks, prioritize them based on requirements, and assign work to team members.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, identify challenges, and proactively find solutions to address them.
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for productivity and quality drops, developing action plans to reduce issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly review decks for stakeholders and clients, sharing insights and progress.
