Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Team. Accounting Department is responsible for preparing the financial statutory statements,  reporting, monthly closing, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, tax declarations. Join us!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance/Tax
  • Accounting or economics degree
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of German will be a plus
  • Willingness to taking initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Both teamwork and individual work skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage
  • Experience in accounting area in European companies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering documents into the accounting system
  • Verification of documents from accounting, payment and tax view
  • Formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process
  • Monthly closing and reconciliation of balances
  • Knowledge of AP, AR, FA, CE, PAYROLL and GL modules
  • Book-keeping of payroll
  • Processing payments
  • Preparation of information and statements in the area of accounting
  • Data preparation for internal and external audits
  • Trend analysis in BS and PL reports
  • Contacting and cooperating with external companies/institutions (auditors, tax advisors, tax office, social office, statistical office and bank).
