必要条件
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with software development teams, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
It is not operational function. Technical background is required
Working time overlap is important – and will be asked during the client interviews – ideally for the candidates to be available till 3 PM CST (10pm CET)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-based infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or cybersecurity principles.

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
- Own the backlog grooming process, including user story creation, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly product experiences.
- Oversee and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business needs, technical feasibility, and customer expectations.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
