We are looking for a technically sound and people-oriented professional to lead a team responsible for frontend support and web platform operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues efficiently. In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding team members, improving operational workflows, and ensuring high availability and performance of web applications.

  • Proven experience in handling technical teams, support operations, or QA functions
  • Strong technical understanding of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve frontend application issues
  • Comfortable working with ticketing tools and analyzing logs or performance issues
  • Experience in process documentation, SOP creation, and team scheduling
  • Familiarity with digital environments like eCommerce, SaaS, or customer-facing web apps
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Capable of managing escalations and ensuring high team performance

職務内容

  • Lead a technical support team handling frontend issues across digital platforms
  • Monitor ticket flow and ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues using logs, browser tools, and performance metrics
  • Mentor team members, conduct onboarding and training sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
  • Provide reports, insights, and executive-level summaries using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Drive continuous process improvement to optimize support operations
  • Capture feedback and work with leadership to enhance platform stability and user experience
