必要条件
- Hands-on experience in SW projects delivery
- 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT area
- Strong understanding of SDLC, different SW development methodologies, processes and tools
- Experience managing teams of 30+ people
- Awareness on modern technologies in different technology stacks
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong people management skills
- Portfolio budget management experience
- Escalation management experience
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Advanced English level

- Managing projects’ portfolio for Client from Industrial domain
- Being responsible for delivery quality and service level measurement, financial performance of projects’ portfolio, attrition control
- Driving business growth on existing account and contribution to new business development (pre-sales)
- Support strategic initiatives within the company
