必要条件
- At least 5 years of experience in object-oriented development, with expert-level proficiency in C++ and strong coding best practices.
- Deep expertise in C/C++ programming, with an in-depth understanding of language specifications, advanced debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience designing and developing complex C++ applications on Linux-based environments (any distribution).
- Strong expertise in multi-threaded, multi-core programming in Linux.
- Comprehensive understanding of C++ standard libraries, STL containers, and algorithms, with the ability to optimize and implement best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of memory management techniques, including debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Experience in embedded systems performance optimization, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate multiple approaches, prepare documents, and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders, architects, and developers.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior developers, drive best practices, and contribute to overall system design.
- Hands-on experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD), ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
