必要条件

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements.

Experience as a Scrum Master.

Should know the Agile ways of working and all scrum ceremonies.

Strong in stack holder management. 

Should work effectively and individually with Technical team members and customers.

Must be able to multitask, manage, and coordinate complex client-facing engagements concurrently while maintaining client service levels and timelines.

Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Should be able to work in multiple projects.

Knows all JQL and all JIRA reports. Good in Conflunece and reporting.

Take complete ownership of the process & delivery.esponsible for owning the overall design of assigned technical projects and recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs.

Take complete ownership of the process & delivery.

Provide linkage between the client’s business and technical staff regarding the requirements throughout the development life-cycle.

Work closely with project managers and assist with project planning where required. Provide project services when necessary.

Will be responsible for understanding and owning the overall business design of assigned technical projects and recommending best practices and solutions as a business process.
