Fleet Management for Construction Tools and Equipment

1. Tool Inventory Optimization: Regular assessments of tool usage to ensure the right tools are available when needed, avoiding overstock or shortages. This includes forecasting tool needs based on project requirements and historical data analysis.
2. Maintenance and Repair Services: Ensures tools and equipment are always in peak condition with a proactive maintenance schedule, on-demand repairs, and replacement services. Quick turnaround times minimize downtime and maintain productivity levels.
3. Cost Control and Transparency: Predictable monthly costs help manage expenses efficiently. Clear invoicing and transparent cost breakdowns enable better budget management and financial planning.
4. Tracking and Monitoring: Advanced tracking systems monitor tool usage and location in real-time, helping prevent loss or theft. This also aids in compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
5. End-of-life management includes responsible disposal or recycling of outdated or unusable tools, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and sustainability goals.
6. Dedicated Support and Consultancy: Provides ongoing support and expert consultation to help optimize tool management processes, ensuring the tools are utilized to their full potential.
必要条件
Technical skills
At least 5 years of experience in classical ABAP development, including experience in S/4HANA (ideally in the SAP SD module).
High-quality coding and documentation.
Good understanding of architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with the Enhancement Framework in the SD area: user exits, customer exits, BADIs, pricing routines, copy controls.
Strong classical ABAP skills: best practices, dependencies, dialog programming, OOP, modularization, integration methods, performance optimization, debugging, clean code.
Experience with new ABAP syntax, CDS views, and OData.
Understanding of and interest in new SAP technologies (BTP, RAP, CAP, Fiori, SAP Public Cloud).
Functional skills
Strong business process understanding in SAP SD and related modules.

職務内容
As a team, we support existing solutions in our SAP S/4HANA system while continuously improving and enhancing them by implementing new features and functionalities.
We expect you to have strong knowledge of classical ABAP development, including object-oriented programming and bug resolution. Additionally, we actively work with new SAP technologies such as CDS views, RAP, and Fiori applications, and many of our integrations are built using OData v2 and v4.
Therefore, we expect you to either have project experience in some of these areas or at least be curious about them and have conducted self-study. We offer internal learning programs and will support your growth in new SAP technologies.
Our team follows best Agile practices, and as a senior engineer, you will play an essential role in end-to-end business and technical discussions. You will also take ownership of final technical solutions along with our SAP consultants.
Lastly, you will collaborate with various project stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and technology vendors, and you will be part of a fast-paced strategic company program.
