Job Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
– Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
– Develop and maintain QA standards and guidelines across projects.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure QA requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Architectural Design:
– Design scalable and efficient QA architectures and frameworks.
– Implement test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
– Define metrics and KPIs to measure and improve QA effectiveness.
Testing and Automation:
– Lead and mentor QA engineers in test planning, execution, and automation.
– Establish and maintain automated testing processes and CI/CD pipelines.
– Perform hands-on testing and contribute to test automation efforts as needed.
Quality Assurance:
– Ensure software quality through thorough testing and validation.
– Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive corrective actions.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices.
Collaboration and Leadership:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
– Provide leadership and guidance on QA-related matters to project teams.
– Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence and drive quality initiatives across teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/testing roles, including:
– At least 5 years in a QA architect or senior QA leadership role.
– Proven experience in designing and implementing QA strategies and frameworks.
Technical Expertise:
