職種概要

Our project is focused on quality assurance for mobile telecommunication modules (M2M, IoT) that use cellular technology 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. Modules are industrial-grade products, which provide any system with the ability to communicate over a cellular network – voice and IP provision.

You will work on cutting-edge technologies, used in telecommunication, security, automotive, supervision, metering, and many market areas. 

Application Engineer position joins 3 main fields around M2M: hardware, software, and networking. It requires a holistic and multi-aspect approach to each case. Cooperation with the team is essential for problem-solving as each member has their specialization/expertise.

必要条件

We are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a final year student of IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar.

Required skills:

  • Practical experience with technical documentation – standard description, application notes, datasheets, and programming manual
  • Basic knowledge of at least one area of telecommunication fields:
    Internet protocols and services (TCP, UDP, SSL, FTP, HTTP, PPP, Security Protocols)
    cellular networks: 5G/LTE(Cat-M1, NB-IoT)/3G/2G (procedures: registration, data transfer, call – general signaling layer), SIM/eSIM
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English, spoken and written (min. B2 level)
  • Analytical skills, independence, resourcefulness, communicativeness
  • Self-motivation and ability to drive ideas to completion

Nice to have skills:

  • Programming languages: Java ME, Python, or C/C ++ 
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux 
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage (helpdesk, ticketing)
