Design and architect Java-based solutions that meet the business requirements and performance goals
Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing best practices and design patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and provide architectural guidance
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
