職種概要
GlobalLogic is looking to recruit a real estate & facilities management leader with strong business operations and project management skills with global experience. He/She will have proven capabilities in strategic planning and execution. Will be responsible for supporting execution of the Real Estate, Facilities & Employee Services (REFS) strategy. He/she will interface with REFS team, provide real estate & facilities expertise, and lead strategic planning initiatives.

Ideally, the qualified candidate will possess:
• Minimum 7 years of progressive real estate & facilities mgmt. and operations experience, preferably globally.
• Large, multi-site facilities management across multiple global locations.
• Experience and proven leadership in large scale project planning, reporting, and budgeting.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing relationships.
• Experience with global EHS and sustainability.
• Ability to conduct strategic analyses.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is required; MBA preferred.
職務内容
• Support the execution of the strategic initiatives for GL’s REFS department.
• Drive innovation and tactical activities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Reviews utilization of space and facilities consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency
• Analyze and design processes needed for the effective use of facility information systems.
• Drive solutions that optimize the current facilities portfolio.
• Build a multiyear plan for space requirements and allocation, considering the specific organizational needs according to the activity type.
• Develop a business development plan that identifies trends and opportunities to drive cost savings.
• Develop KPI’s related to real estate & facilities activities and report to relevant stakeholders periodically.
• Create FM SOP’s & Policies and audit program for effectiveness
• Develop a strong understanding of the wider marketplace in order to advise on trends and transactions.
• Support the implementation of procedures related to Business Continuity Plan relevant to physical facilities.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives relating to company’s physical office facilities.
