Our company is looking for key experts to help our automotive client make a seamless transition to the Software Defined Vehicle concept and apply the best practices gathered in the development of the next generation of automotive platforms.

If you have good experience or want to touch architecture development and troubleshooting, test and develop IDD strategies, build and propose new ways to improve the quality and functionality of automotive products – this role is for you.

Expect to be involved in in-depth analysis, problem solving and innovation as we navigate complexity together. Your experience will be highly valued, fostering an environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration are paramount. This project offers a dynamic space for skill development, strategic thinking and mentoring, ensuring that each team member can make meaningful contributions and grow professionally.

必要条件

Mandatory skills – good knowledge:

  • Work experience in embedded, preferably automotive
  • System engineering with HW/SW background
  • Experience with managing requirements with specialized tools: Doors, SystemWeaver
  • Knowledge regarding functional safety standards: ISO 26262, IEC 61508
  • Experience in functional safety risk assessment and analysis methodologies (HARA, HAZOP, FTA, FMEDA, FMEA)
  • Very good knowledge of English both spoken and written
  • 5+years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills

Mandatory skills – basic knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Hardware reliability metrics (FIT, SPFM, LFM)
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies: Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban

Skills – nice to have:

  • Experience with the development and implementation of safety concepts
  • Knowledge of V-Model
  • Knowledge of ASPICE
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR

職務内容

  • Planning and coordination of the functional safety activities working closely with internal development teams and automotive suppliers
  • Interfacing on regular basis with suppliers in order to collaborate the technical safety requirements, issues and projects statuses according to the Development Interface Agreements
  • Initiating and systematically completing the Safety Case with arguments and evidence to ensure safety integrity of the product
  • Supporting the development of the functional safety work products at system level (Technical Safety Concepts and Requirements)
  • Ensuring that functional safety confirmation measures as audits and assessment are planned and successfully completed
  • Participating and leading development teams for safety analysis completion such as SFMEA, FMEA, FMEDA, DFMEA, FTA, HASOP
  • Providing coaching the development teams in the functional safety development processes and methods
  • Participating in functional safety reviews contributing with risk identification and mitigations for the project safety related issues
