The Client is seeking a skilled Design System Engineer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development and growth of our design system that powers consistent and high-quality user experiences across Mobile and Web platforms.

Toolkit supports applications built with Angular, React, and plain HTML, leveraging browser-native web components and cutting-edge technologies like StencilJS, Webpack, module federation, Supernova, and Figma.

As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver reusable, accessible, and performant UI components. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the way the client builds its global platform.

 

必要条件

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Design Systems or reusable component libraries.
• Familiarity with building scalable systems that support multiple frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, plain HTML).

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in StencilJS, Webpack, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of module federation and micro-frontend architectures, with experience implementing scalable, modular systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and Supernova, integrating them into the design-to-development pipeline.

Accessibility and Performance:

• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and their application in component design.
• Experience optimizing components for performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Develop Reusable Components: Build, test, and maintain browser-native web components using StencilJS that integrate seamlessly with Angular, React, and plain HTML environments.
• Collaborate with Designers: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration between Toolkit and Figma, fostering workflows that maintain visual and functional consistency.
• Optimize System Architecture: Implement and manage Webpack configurations and module federation to ensure scalable, modular, and efficient component delivery.
• Drive Accessibility and Performance: Apply and advocate for best practices in accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Enhance Developer Experience: Contribute to the design system’s npm package, ensuring a frictionless experience for developers across teams.
• Support Adoption and Feedback: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, improve Toolkit usability, and ensure its adoption across the organization.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to keep Toolkit at the forefront of design system innovation.
