The Senior Front-End Developer is motivated to develop highly functional and creative, pixel-perfect applications/websites.  We are looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of innovative thinking, technical excellence, and peer collaboration. The Sr. Developer will translate the UI/UX design wireframes and mock-ups to code that will produce functioning, visual elements of the application. He or she will work with our design team and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides, defining how the application looks as well as how it works. The developer writes clean code to create visually appealing applications that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.  The Senior Front End Developer will also be involved with the strategic planning of all our web properties and upcoming projects.

職務内容

• Proficiency in Core Front-End technologies including, HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, SASS, JavaScript
• Expertise using React and Sanity CMS
• Experience using tools ike Redux or Context API
• Knowledge into how to reduce page load times with lazy loading and/or code splitting
• Optimizing rendering performance and understanding the browser’s rendering pipeline
• Familiarity using tools like Lighthouse and Webpack for performance scoring
• Proficiency using Git (branching, merging and resolving conflicts)
• Familiarity with platforms like GitHub
• Debugging using browser developer tools
• Ensuring consistent experiences across different web browsers and devices
• Proficiency with modern build tools like Webpack
• Fetching and managing data from RESTful APIs
• Profiency using tools like Figma for web design
• Familiarity with WCAG Accessibility guidelines
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms relevant to front-end code
• Ability to write efficient, clean and maintainable code
• Provide insight into architectural decisions and scaling front-end applications
• Knowlege of front-end security vulnerablilities
• Understanding of the mobile first design principles
