職種概要
We are looking for a talented Data Architect to join our team in developing a cutting-edge system where machine learning (ML) is leveraged to analyze signals of the physical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both machine learning pipelines and the operational aspects of building data pipelines, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production.
必要条件
• Experience with large-scale data processing (like Spark, Flink),
• Database management (Vector, SQL and NoSql),
• Knowledge of data security protocols (including IPSec, OAuth…),
• Experience in cloud and on-premises data handling.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools for ML models and systems.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kubeflow).
職務内容
Responsibilities: Architect, build, and integrate data flow pipelines and interfaces to meet the following requirements criteria:
• Provide interface for accepting trace file data
• Develop an overall architecture which prioritizes efficiency in all aspects of data flow, including data upload and processing
• Validate data integrity
• Process and prepare data for consumption by the ML model, including any necessary file conversions, data organization, metadata tagging, etc.
• Manage storage and queuing of data sets ensuring they are uniquely trackable
• Provide data accessibility mechanisms to the model so data sets can be consumed by the model for training and/or analysis.
