The Compensation Operations Analyst is responsible for the administration, calculation, and tracking of sales commissions and incentive payouts. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of commission and incentive payments, maintaining detailed records, and providing analytical support to help optimize compensation structures. • 2+ years of experience in compensation operations, sales compensation, or a related role. SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, revenue recognition principles, and sales compensation models.
• Ability to navigate complex deal issues and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
• Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and deal management tools.
• Familiarity with sales compensation tools (e.g., SPIFF).

職務内容
• Develop and maintain commission reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, payouts, and trends for leadership and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and tax regulations for all commission-related activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to validate sales data (e.g., closed-won deals, contract values, quotas, bookings) and ensure accurate and timely input into commission systems.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, and incentive payouts for the sales team and other eligible employees based on predefined compensation plans.
• Verify the accuracy of sales data to ensure commissions are calculated using the correct metrics (e.g., revenue, closed deals, performance KPIs).
• Generate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual commission statements and payouts for individuals and teams.
• Administer and manage commission and incentive plans, ensuring alignment with company sales goals and compensation strategy.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all compensation and commission-related activities to ensure transparency and auditability.
• Work with legal and HR teams to ensure commissions are paid in accordance with sales agreements and contracts.
