6-8 years of BA experience.
B.Tech/MBA/MCA degree.
Proper delivery of the right functionality by owning the functional requirements, in partnership with the Development team.
Be the gatekeeper for functional requirements writing, reviewing, gathering feedback from the customer in addition to overseeing implementation of end-to-end functional solutions.
Review existing designs for gaps and develop an improvement plan based on your initial experiences.
Review of accomplished work with the BA team, as well as quality reviews of official release documentation.
Make others great by effectively and iteratively communicating product priorities and requirements and understanding dependencies.
Be the internal voice of the end-customer and partner for the BA team.

Job Responsibilities
Should be able to generate requirements from market analysis.
Well versed in deriving customer requirements.
Strong problem solving abilities and business skills to drive the overall business case, scope and design goals.
Process oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling.
Strong ability to design effective solutions and influence design decisions.
User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development.
The ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Intelligent risk taking tendencies – you are not afraid to fail, but fail fast, and learn from the mistakes making everyone around you better for it.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
