VP Engineering and Global Security Practice Head
Since joining GlobalLogic in 2006, Kulbhushan Bhardwaj has grown numerous departments while operating as the Lead Technology expert, Senior Lead in Product Development, and now the Associate Vice President of Engineering. With over 15 years at GlobalLogic and 20 more in various industry domains including security, compliance, mobile, and hi-tech, he’s become a fundamental and influential part of the company.
Bhardwaj is a subject matter expert when it comes to Application Security, with a concentration on Secure Software Development, Threat Modeling, and Secure Design. He has worked in multiple regions including Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the US, and has successfully built a secure platform, labs, and managed P&L for $5M. In addition, he’s utilized his knowledge and expertise from his previous roles as Team Lead at KMG and Sr. Software Engineer at Satyam Computers to bolster his background and mission at GlobalLogics.
As Associate Vice President of Engineering and Global Security Practice Head, Bhardwaj ensures all deliverables are met and provides quality assurance through innovative processes and by utilizing efficient technological tools. Creating team collaboration across functional technical teams is integral to his overall plan. Bhardwaj’s ease and expertise in managing teams globally allow for cross-cultural and cross-expertise engagement that consistently exceeds project expectations.
His mission is to implement a security-first culture and improve application security posture, and he works daily to achieve that goal.
