Description
You will be a part of a team developing digital collaboration tools with features enabling Analog to Digital. You will be working with a very well-known brand. The current focus is to build a marketplace and software for custom hardware. The product backlog has features across a broad range of technologies & business needs. This year is focused on global scalability, compliance & new UX features. The product is all Azure Technology Stack, Github Code Repositories & operates using Agile Scrum Processes. This is a top digital initiative for the company and a fun team to work on!
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- User stories & acceptance criteria, use cases etc.
- Experience with writing technical and process documentation
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
- Good understanding of technology and ability to present technical information on both a technical level and a business level
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and methods
- Strong knowledge of and practical experience with business processes and software requirements documenting methods and formats
- Ability to briefly and clearly state own thoughts
- Ability to communicate the results of an analysis in a clear and effective manner
- Advanced English
Job Responsibilities
- Requirements management (elicitation, clarification, document preparation, keeping requirements up to date)
- Backlog management (making sure priorities, descriptions and STRs are Ok before planning, selection of items to work on)
- Support of developers (clarification of expected results and problems described in defects, clarification and explanation of requirements around the area, identification of end-user cases)
- Support of QA (clarification of STRs, requirements around the area, business cases and help with test cases creation, complex scenarios preparation)
- Organizational activities (meetings handling and facilitation, documents and processes changes, new initiatives implementation)
