Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong Proficiency in Core Java: Excellent programming skills with deep understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals.
Expertise in PL/SQL: Hands-on experience with designing and writing efficient PL/SQL queries, procedures, and functions to interact with relational databases.
Experience in Relational Databases: Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and optimisation techniques.
Knowledge of Application Architectures: Familiarity with designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications.
Agile Development Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile teams, using test-driven development (TDD), and managing version control with Git.
CI/CD Practices: Experience in automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient Core Java applications with seamless integration to PL/SQL-based databases.
Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and deliver scalable software solutions for critical business applications.
Work with relational database systems to ensure optimized performance, handling queries, data manipulation, and storage efficiently.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Engage in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Innovate and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, report progress, and address challenges promptly.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in Java and database technologies to ensure solutions leverage the latest capabilities.
