• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of SDV Enablers, Zonal Network, high-performance central compute modules, automated driving, AI, machine learning, perception modules, connected mobility, MLOps, and OTA updates.
• Technical experience with:
1. SoC architecture: Qualcomm SA8650, Renesas RCAR, Nvidia Orin, TI, MobilEye.
1. SoC Hardware: Ethernet, USB, UFS, Display Port, PCIe, QUP, UART, SPI, I2C, Inter Core Communication, Camera, CPU Kryo, ARM Cortex R-52, Hexagon Tensor Processor, Server, Accelerators, DDR, Flash ROM, MMU.
2. Software: POSIX OS, QNX, Board support packages, middleware, hypervisor, container engines, and AD/ADAS technology stacks.
1. ADAS Features: Image processing, image transfer, video input and output handling on SoC platform software development.
• Strong understanding of Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR software architecture and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Expertise in embedded C/C++ programming and systems architecture.
• Good understanding of Linux and Android middleware native components.
• Familiar with V-Model, ASPICE, MISRA, ISO26262, Cybersecurity, and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Job responsibilities

• Implement system partitioning, hypervisors, and container engine technology to improve flexibility and security.
• Software engineers in developing the automotive SoC software platform. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and manage project timelines, prioritization, and budget to meet project goals.
• Working Together Across Functions: Work closely with hardware engineers, product engineers, and other collaborators to guarantee the software platform meets performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Assess risks and uncertainties associated with software development initiatives. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist Project Manager in identifying strategic partnerships with tech vendors, startups, and research institutions. Collaborate for mutual success.
