Job Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on the gaming market, including industry trends, competitor strategies, consumer preferences, player engagement, loyalty and retention and emerging technologies. Create a roadmap to advise Globallogic on how to grow their serviceline.
- Market Trends and Forces: Identify key market trends, TAM/SOM/SAM, economic factors, technological advances, and regulatory changes affecting the industry. Identity challenges and opportunities. Define partner ecosystem and needed partnerships
- Design & Development: Know game mechanics, level design, user interface, and monetization strategies to ensure a successful and engaging game experience and how to prioritize or build these capabilities.
- Monetization Strategy: Advise on effective revenue models and helping refine pricing strategies for sustainable profit generation..
- Esports & Competitive Gaming: Providing expertise on building and growing esports capabilities from tournament management to team development and sponsorship strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Help design and execute effective marketing and launch strategy, including audience segmentation and brand positioning, white space analysis and value proposition.. Advise build strategy or acquisition targets. Include Current State, Gap and Future state analysis
- Clients and Customers: Identify clients/customers in this industry. What do they need, want, and value most? Understanding customer pain points is crucial to identifying opportunities
