Igor Byeda
Group Vice President & Head of Europe
Igor Byeda brings extensive experience in managing large-scale software R&D services, coupled with a strong background in building and nurturing client relationships with offshore teams. Serving as the Managing Director of GlobalLogic’s Ukraine engineering centers, Igor oversees the entire spectrum of operations in the region, encompassing business development, engineering, PR, infrastructure, and talent retention.
With a robust engineering foundation, Igor previously held the position of Vice President of Delivery at GlobalLogic in Ukraine, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Prior to his tenure at GlobalLogic, Igor held various engineering positions at prominent technology firms such as Mindspeed Technologies, Infopulse, and Software Information Systems. His expertise extends beyond engineering management to encompass company operations management, business development, and account management.
Igor graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) with a Specialist Degree in Computer Science. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing squash, and spending time in the countryside.
